Toluna simply does not respond to any queries/complaints or problems that might arise (There is an initial automated message that they will respond shortly, but shortly never comes!!!). Numberous conducts simply are unanswered yet Toluna constantly sents out survey invitations. Is this actually a legitimate company? Certaiinly it is not accountable in my experience.Treat with care many hours spent answering surveys that usually are much longer than indicated to start with might not ever end in the meager reward you think you might get eventually
Sorry to hear your issues that you are having with Toluna Kay, you have to understand that sites like Toluna with 1 million members or more can not possibly get to all problems that are sent to them. I guess it is just a question of available resources. The good news is though at the end of the day you do get paid, if you think the reward for the surveys you do is not fair compensation for your time, then I guess you should look at other sites to try out and see if they are any better.
Remember at the end of the day this is not a full time income and shouldn’t be treated as such, this a bit of extra money you can earn from home and is generally untaxed, I guess it is up to the individual if a particular site is for them or not.
