Pure Profile

Another Australian owned and operated site that is actively recruiting members from all over the world not just Australia, Pure profile is fast becoming the best survey site out there, surveys are worth between $1 to $5 and surveys you don’t qualify for will earn you 20 cents for your time, add to that, you get paid 5 to 25 cents just to visit sites, this is a fast earner and is highly recommended for everyone to join. On top of all this you can also earn up to $5.00 for each one of your referrals. Payouts are made by direct bank deposit.

New to Pure Profile is that you now also get paid to watch videos, usualy around 20 cents, simply to watch a youtube video, which is usualy a new commercial about their product or movie trailers. I usualy watch trailers for free so it is a bonus to be now getting paid something to watch a movie trailer.

They are pretty poor in that department I think and I swear I have sent plenty of referrals that I havn’t been paid for, that being said though this is a very very good site.

    Hi Adam

Just letting you know that Pureprofile added a manual credit of $223 to my account balance after requesting info on where all the referals were going…Seems they may have missed a few :)

I have had ongoing problems with this site for over a month. It will not allow me to access my account, keeps demanding that I download software that does not exist.

I have attempted to do this, on other computers, at a major hospital where I work, library computers and the like, and i keep getting the same response.

They claim it has nothing to do with them and is all me!! If it was my computer I would be able to log on in other places.

I have money waiting to be claimed, they refuse to pay it to me, as they refuse to allow me access to my account.

When I have asked for a reason as to why I am being refused access to my account, they say they are not.

Hi Belinda, sorry to hear about your problems. After reading your comment I logged into Pure Profile with out incident and I can honestly say that in the 8 years I have been a member I have never had a problem with them, nor have I ever been asked to download any software to login to my account.

In this instance I tend to agree with them and think the issue is on your end, but I could be wrong. Have you taken screenshots or even video so that you have proof of your claims? I find in this industry as soon as someone has some sort of issue, they quickly yell scam, but in the case of Pure Profile I simply can not in way shape or form consider them a scam.

If all else fails you can also try calling them, they are in the white pages after all and are a legitimate company based in Sydney NSW.

Click here for the Pure Profile phone number.

As I said in my original post, I had tried logging on from other computers that I had never tried logging on to before. That in itself should say something.

I had already done a full virus scan, cleared everything, and even paid someone to come in to ensure that everything had been done.

And yes I have taken screen shots and videoed it all. I emailed it to them.

I am a member of other sites and have never and continue to have no problems at all with any other site at all.

When I tried doing a google search for them from the local library computer, the link simply opened up a page asking me to download software.

Nothing adds up to me and they are not being helpful at all.

      Hi Belinda,

Unfortunately I can quite honestly say that I have never had this problem with Pure Profile and wondering if anybody else has had a similar problem, if they could post here and what you did to rectify the problem.

Just to verify these are the sites pages you should be accessing.
      Pure Profile site –
      Pure Profile login –

If you are accessing anything else during the login process then you are in the wrong place.
      Hope it helps
